ZASTROW & Co.'s Mission

Efficiency, success and a stress free working life is contingent on 3 factors:

For this reason, ZASTROW & Co's focus is clear:

Based upon the above ZASTROW & Co. it is ZASTROW & Co's mission to offer public seminars, in-house training and trainer certification in DIRECT LEADERSHIP™ or in one of the many applications of The Human Element®.

A myth and a value statement

The American indians say about the Dragonfly: "There was a time when dragonfly was a dragon who flew about in the world and lightening it up with his firy breath. One day Dragonfly thought it could be fun to use his magical powers and transform himself into a flt. Unfortunately - as it turned out - having done so he lost those same magical powers and could not tranform himself back into dragon, but was forever trapped in the body of fly. This story and the sight of Dragonfly's irridescent wings reminds us to be cautious about how we apply our powers in order that we should not become trapped in our own illusions.

The Dragonfly myth illustrates ZASTROW & Co.'s values:

- People have extensive choice and power over their own lives

- This allows us to develop and change - into and out of our own and other people's illusions 

 

ZASTROW & Co. brings individual and organizational illusions to the surface and gives the parties involved the possibility of replacing these illusions with knowledge and conscious choices. This paves the road for increased self-esteem, social intelligence and efficient organizational functioning.
