NEW WEB-BASED TRAINER CERTIFICATION
If you are considering to become a DIRECT LEADERSHIP™ you probably already spend quite a bit of your time away from home, so a week-long residential program is not high on your wish list.
For this reason we have just launched a new and innovative trainer certification, which adapts to your calendar - not the other way around.
Following a kick-off webinar you will study the language and concepts of the model and receive feedback via mail, phone/Skype or internet. When you have solved the tasks of the first period we will meet again in a webinar where you will have feedback and be introduced to the next period of self-studying.
Web-based Direct Leadership trainer certification
After a total of four webinars and with a satisfactory performance between the webinars you are ready to go to your clients or your organisation's leaders and deliver Direct Leadership training.
Note! since the program is entirely new, the outline above may me subject to changes/adaptations as the model is tested.
